- Pinion: High-precision nickelled-alloy steel, conforming to ISO5211, DIN3337, NAMUR standards
- Actuator Body: Extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 with hard anodized, powder polyester painted, PTFE or Nickel plated options
- Endcaps: Die-casting aluminum with powder polyester paint, PTFE or Nickel plating
- Pistons: Twin rack pistons made from die-casting aluminum or cast steel with galvanization
- Travel adjustment: External stop adjustment bolts for ±5° adjustment at both open and close directions
- High-performance springs: Preloaded coating springs resistant to corrosion with long service life
- Bearings & Guides: Low friction, long-life compound material to avoid metal-to-metal contact
